Course description

The management of educational organizations is essentially a continuous process of balancing conflicting goals, pursuing goals, adapting immediately to highly volatile environments, often making complex decisions, managing human resources and producing high quality educational, pedagogical and social work.

 

Given that ICT has transformed every human organization at all levels of its operation, it is immediately apparent that it has significantly affected the organization and operation of educational organizations.

This course is a significant effort to explore the relationship between ICT and the management of educational organizations as well as educational systems in general in order to develop in future educators the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities in order to safely utilize the truly inexhaustible potential of ICT both in their administrative and pedagogical work.
